Pattern Within exists for one specific moment: when you notice the same relationship reaction happening again — the spiral after an unanswered text, the urge for space after a close weekend, the shutdown mid-argument — and finally ask why does this keep happening?
We believe understanding comes before change. Most relationship advice jumps straight to what you should do differently. But advice aimed at the wrong pattern doesn't stick. So we start by helping you see the pattern itself: what triggers it, how it protects you, and what it costs.
