Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your assessment answers (24 Likert-scale responses).
• Your email address, only if you choose to save your result or make a purchase.
• Basic acquisition data (the page you arrived from, UTM parameters).
• Payment records processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Anonymous funnel events (test started, test completed, purchase made).

We deliberately do not collect names, partner information, birth dates, free-text personal histories, or precise location.

Why we collect it

Answers are needed to compute your result. Email is used to send your private result link and purchase receipts. Funnel events help us understand where the product is confusing. Nothing is used for advertising profiles, and we never sell personal data.

Your assessment answers are sensitive

We treat relationship-pattern responses as sensitive information. Results live behind unguessable private links, are excluded from search-engine indexing, and are accessible only to someone holding the link.

Service providers

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Report content is generated from pre-written, reviewed templates. Your answers are not sent to third-party AI providers.

Marketing

Marketing email requires a separate, unchecked-by-default opt-in. Transactional emails (your result link, receipts) are not marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to provide access to purchased reports. To delete your data, email support@patternwithin.com from the address attached to your result (or include your result link). We will delete your sessions, answers, results, and reports within 30 days, keeping only what payment law requires.
